Rules and Regulations
- Reservations must be made directly through the hotel, via telephone or www.athertonhotel.net
- Special Atherton Club rate cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and does not earn points
- You may earn points for up to 2 rooms per night at the hotel.
- Reservations paid by group master billing arrangements are not eligible to earn points
- Points expire 1 year after earn date and cannot be redeemed toward room rates during special events
- Local calls (excluding directory assistance and toll calls) are free
- Points will be calculated monthly
- Free nights and free meals will not earn points
- Annual membership fees will be charged on the anniversary of your application date
- Members must have a stay posted on their membership within 1 calendar year in order to continue membership. Cancellation of membship voids all points earned
- Rewards are subject to terms, conditions and availability. Reward levels may change at any time without notice
- Management may discontinue the program at any time, with or without prior notice
- Applies to individual reservations only and does not apply to reservations made as part of a group.
- Other restrictions may apply.
- Points are not earned for complimentary stays or for reservations booked through a travel agent or other third party
- Points are earned for full US dollars paying for room revenue in full for qualifying rates, excluding taxes and incidental charges
- Free room nights do not include incidentals and taxes
- Points are non-transferrable
- Early check in/late check out privileges are subject to availability
- Rooms will be held until 7am on the day after your scheduled arrival. If you are unable to use your room and fail to cancel the reservation, or do not cancel by the specified time, you will not be credited for the points redeemed for that room
- The program may be periodically modified, with or without notice. If the program is modified, you may not be able to obtain rewards previously promoted
